The house we are buying is one that I knew would go fast, so I wanted to jump on it right away. Even though he was out of town that day, he coordinated with a coworker to get us a showing same day. I also like that he gives his honest opinion. I never felt like he was trying to push a house on us, and he was up front about potential issues with houses. He also respected our budget and did everything he could to get us a good deal, even though it meant that his commission would be less. We will definitely be using Stockton again next time we need a realtor!
